Can I buy just one item on this site?
Unfortunately, no. The prices offered are wholesale prices and are valid if you purchase at least 2 items per design. If you want to buy a few items, you can buy them from the ww.scootervillage.ca.
I run a retail business and would like to offer some of your products for sale. How do I go about this?
For companies interested in selling our products to their customers, all you have to do is go to our "become a dealer" page, and fill in the contact form. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed and answer any questions you may have. Pricing can be discussed at this time.
What warranties do you offer on products?
Scooters, batteries and electrical system are warranted for one year from the date of purchase
Do users need a license to use a 3-4 wheel electric scooter?
No. All our 3-wheeled e-scooters and 4-wheeled electric scooters require no license, registration or insurance to operate in Canada.
Do you have any condition for sale your products?
Purchasers must be registered as a business with the province of Ontario and posses business number.
